Throughout the day, a maple snack mix and essential oil “Breathe Deeply” towelettes offer small breaks. Wind down in the evening with a candle in “Balance,” cup of Nurture herbal tea, a natural cork massage ball to relieve stress, and a journal for any notes or reflections. This care package was designed with caregivers in mind, but provides Comfort to all.
